We are thrilled to welcome Grace Carlos to the ACB whanau as Business Events Administrator.

Grace is supporting the sales team to attract and win business events for Tāmaki Makaurau, along with looking after the Delegate marketing, supporting clients to achieve their registration goal and enhance delegates experience when they arrive here in Auckland.   

Grace is originally from the Northern part of the Philippines called Benguet, then moved to Dubai to pursue a career in events and hospitality.  

Grace has worked across multiple sectors, from luxury hotels, real estate, and food & beverage. This time spent working in hospitality is where Graces’ passion for food began, she is an avid home cook and often frequents Auckland’s exquisite dining scene.  

She loves the whole experience – the food, the service, ambiance and quality, be it in a Michelin star restaurant or street food.

Grace says: “Auckland’s food scene speaks for itself. New Zealand is one of the few countries that has the best produce, the ingredients is as important as the person who cooks or makes a meal. In Auckland you can have a degustation in an experimental bar to a winery or even at the top of the tallest tower in the Southern Hemisphere. You can have cheap eats of handmade noodles and dumplings or Asian pancakes. Your palate will know no boundaries in Auckland’s food scene.”
