The International Student Experience design project was developed in partnership with Study Auckland and Education New Zealand.
The goal of the project was to provide industry partners detailed student experience insights that can help education institutions lift their international student satisfaction rates and improve their brand reputation into international markets.
Over 80 face-to-face conversations were undertaken with students, business people and local community representatives.
The international students interviewed came from 16 different countries from the Asia, Latin America and North America regions.
The findings of the report were also informed by a wide range of global international research projects which featured insights from leading global surveys on international student, parental and employer expectations.
